Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Product Representative to join our growing field team.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Gelmix and Purathick within your assigned territory by building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, and supporting adoption across key healthcare specialties.
This is a field-based, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, engaging clinicians in office settings, and representing mission-driven products in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined territory through consistent in-person office visits and outreach
- Develop relationships with pediatricians, SLPs, gastroenterologists, ENTs, hospitals, and allied care teams
- Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, intended use, and available resources
- Execute strategic call plans, follow-up, and account targeting to expand product adoption
- Represent Parapharma Tech at regional and national conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and territory organization using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure a high-quality experience
Core Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal presence and ability to engage healthcare professionals confidently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a territory effectively
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales preferred
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (conference and exhibit materials)
- Willingness to travel regionally for conferences and events
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
