All products ordered through the Parapharma Tech Online Store will be shipped according to the terms and conditions set out below. By submitting an order to the Parapharma Tech Online Store, the customer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted these terms and conditions, notwithstanding any additional or different terms, conditions or instructions. Parapharma Tech shall not be obligated to accept any order until Parapharma Tech has received payment for the product(s) described in the order.
Prices and quotations submitted are subject to change without notice. All applicable taxes are conveniently included in the prices listed. Shipping and handling is not included in prices listed.
Parapharma Tech websites may offer promotional discounts at various times. Any promotional offers are only valid as expressly communicated in the promotional offer details. Promotional offers are only valid for the Parapharma Tech Online Store, and are not valid for use at retail stores.
The Parapharma Tech Online Store accepts all major credit cards. Charges will be applied to the credit card at the time the order is placed, through a secure merchant gateway, providing a safe checkout experience within our website.
Parapharma Tech Online Store orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) from Florida. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST are shipped no later than the next business day. No shipping is offered on Saturday or Sunday. Parapharma Tech Online Store only allows shipments to locations within the United States of America at this time.
Parapharma Tech Online Store offers UPS and USPS shipping options. UPS Next Day Air delivers the next business day from ship date. UPS 2nd Day Air delivers by the end of the second business day of ship date. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 days. USPS Priority typically delivers within 2-3 business days of ship date. Certain items may be eligible for USPS First Class Mail and/or FREE shipping; USPS First Class Mail typically delivers within 4-5 business days.
Parapharma Tech Online Store does not guarantee the accuracy of USPS tracking and is not responsible for errors in expected delivery dates provided by USPS. Delivery dates provided by USPS are estimated, and not guaranteed by Gelmix Online Store.
Customer is responsible for entering accurate contact and shipping information. Address and shipping information cannot be changed once order has shipped. Parapharma Tech is not responsible for any errors or delays if shipping address is entered incorrectly. Please always check your order confirmation email for accuracy.
Processing of Orders
Parapharma Tech Online Store orders are processed and handled Monday – Friday. Once payment for order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email provided. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST weekdays, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, are processed and shipped by the next business day. Once your order has shipped, another notification will be sent to the email provided.
If you need to make a change to your order, email email@example.com and reference your name and order number. Changes are not guaranteed, and absolutely no changes can be submitted once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Requests for refunds for products purchased through the Parapharma Tech Online Store must be made by contacting a representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will only be made for full, unopened, unused products with original seals, and within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Requests for refunds of open products will not be approved, unless they are damaged during shipment (see damaged or lost items policy below).
All requests to return unopened, unused products must be pre-authorized before the product is returned to ensure credit is applied correctly. Any promotional offers that were valid at the time of an order may be deducted from the credit amount. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return product to Parapharma Tech. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from total purchase price of all returns.
Customer is responsible for entering accurate contact and shipping information. If customer incorrectly entered their shipping address or contact information, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges if product is returned undeliverable to Parapharma Tech.
Parapharma Tech products that were purchased from another retail store cannot be returned through the Parapharma Tech Online Store.
Damaged or Lost Items
Contact Parapharma Tech at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order to report damaged shipments, or for lost shipments, within 48 hours of your estimated delivery date.
