By submitting an order through the Parapharma Tech Online Store, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Parapharma Tech LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) will only accept an order after payment has been received.

Price

  • Prices and quotations are subject to change without notice.
  • All applicable taxes are included in the listed prices.
  • Shipping and handling are not included in the listed prices.

Promotions

  • Promotional discounts are only valid as specified in the promotional offer details.
  • Promotions are only valid for the Parapharma Tech Online Store and not for retail stores.

Payment Terms

  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • Charges will be applied at the time of order placement through a secure merchant gateway.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS from Florida.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
  • No shipping is available on weekends.
  • Shipping options include UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground, USPS Priority, and USPS First Class Mail.
  • Delivery dates provided are estimated and not guaranteed by Parapharma Tech Online Store.
  • We are closed for the following holidays:

Processing of Orders

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • An order confirmation will be sent to the provided email upon payment receipt.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on weekdays or anytime on weekends are processed the next business day.
  • Notification will be sent once the order has shipped.
  • For changes to orders, email contact@gelmix.com with your name, email, and order number. Changes are not guaranteed and cannot be made once the order has shipped.
  • Orders are not processed on company or postal holidays.

Returns & Refunds

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting contact@gelmix.com.
  • Refunds are only issued for full, unopened, unused products with original seals.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized to ensure proper credit.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase price.
  • Products purchased from retail stores cannot be returned through the online store.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Report lost shipments within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
